Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with all original COOGI tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received, our team will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
